We have a block of rooms reserved at The Magnolia Hotel, Wednesday night through Sunday night for $159/night. There is a $10 fee for each additional person in the room. These rooms will be reserved through January 15th. However, rooms need to be booked as soon as possible in the event that more are needed. It is located less than 1 mile from the event center. This is a 10-15min walk. We will provide a rolling bag to transport any supplies to and from for all participants. The hotel provides a free shuttle service on a first come first serve basis and can only transport approximately 15 people at a time. We will have staff members driving as well. Any local attendees willing to drive would be appreciated. There is a parking fee at the hotel and at the event center. 
If you have a sensitivity to epoxy, this event may not be suitable for you. We will be working with epoxy in a closed setting. We will be providing a disposable mask and additional ventilation measures will be taken. By purchasing this ticket, you understand that the use of some products while crafting, designing, and/or creating during this retreat have been known to have fumes, cause irritation or allergic reactions, or other medical issues not mentioned. It is your responsibility to use products as instructed and use caution when using these materials. You will be supplied with gloves and a disposable masks to use at your discretion. You will not hold The Steel Magnolia Group, LLC or any of it's employees, or any of the sponsors liable for any incidents that may occur from the use of these products.
By purchasing this ticket, you hereby agree to release The Steel Magnolia Group, LLC, it’s representing agents, the 2616 Commerce Event Center, or any of its employees, or any sponsoring organizations, from any claims and demands that may occur during TumblerCon 2020 and will hold them harmless from any responsibility, liability, personal and otherwise, claims, loss, or damage which may arise from incidents or accidents involving yourself, out of your participation.
 
Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE but in the event that you are unable to attend, tickets are transferable. Please email info@thesteelmagnoliacompany.com if a transfer is made so that the new ticket holder can receive updates and important forms.
