RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery with details of the product and the defect.
- You must include photos or videos of the defect, along with a photo of your packing slip.
- We will issue store credit or replacement of item.
- As agreed when purchases are made, by checking the box in your cart, CHANGES AND REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. This includes but not limited to: canceling orders, combining orders, adding items, changing items or changes in shipping method.
- If your package is lost, stolen, missing, damaged or anything involving the shipping of your order, please contact Route to file a claim. If you did not purchase Route at checkout, The Steel Magnolia is not responsible for any order once it leaves our possession.
