How soon can you ship?

Products in stock will usually ship within 1-2 business days but can take up to 3 business days during peak times. 

Please note, when checking out, the carrier provides an automatic TRANSIT time that we do not control. This time is in ADDITION to our processing time and is NOT included. Carrier times cannot be guaranteed once it leaves our hands. 

UPS 2 Day Air - Per the UPS website, 2 Day Air is calculated by 2 business days. It does not include the day it was received. For example: if your order is shipped on Friday, Monday is the first business day. 2 Day Air does not include Steel Magnolia processing times. 

Do you have coupons for 1st time buyers?

No, we do not. However, our low prices are always a great deal and we offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on orders over $159.99.

Can I change or add to my order?

Due to the high number of orders we fill and the quick pace we work, we are no longer able to change an order once it is created. 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all 50 states, Canada and Mexico. Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient for international shipping. These will not be collected by TSM and are the recipient's responsibility.

Free shipping over $159.99 is offered to the lower 48 states.

What brand is it?

We are The Steel Magnolia Brand. We carry exclusive styles with pending patents! However, to cater to our customers, our products do not have a logo to interfere with the creative process. They are high quality, vacuum sealed, stainless steel tumblers at an affordable price. Every cup comes bubble wrapped in a white box.

Most come with a spill proof lid and have a screw on option!  And many come with a plastic straw. HotSip straws are available for purchase as well!

Do you have a certain style tumbler or will you be getting it?

Why should I buy from The Steel Magnolia Company instead of a nationally known brand?

We provide more individual customer attention and carry a product that is designed with the crafter in mind. We don’t use raised logos on our tumblers or lids, and our cups have proven to be more effective in holding temperature!

Why is your box blank?

Our box is blank for you! We understand most of our customers are just like us and want to create their own branding. We have left the boxes blank so that a sticker or decal can be added to allow you to personalize your own box without getting in the way. Some crafters have created their own boxes with cardstock. With our box, you are able to decorate it without losing stability when you ship it.

My order is missing or damaged.

No worries! This is why we partnered with Route. If you purchased Route insurance for $0.98 on orders under $100 or 1.5% on orders over $100, then you are fully covered! Just file a claim on your Route app or contact Route here. This is a fast and easy process to get your order replaced or refunded.

If you declined coverage, The Steel Magnolia does not cover orders once they leave our possession. Please be sure to protect your order! 

Where are you located?

Our warehouse is located in Forney, Texas near Interstate 80. If you are a local customer and would like to pick up instead of shipping, we are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-12pm for pick ups and purchases. Choose the local pick up option when you check out. If you need the code for free pick up, email us! 

What are the advantages to buying by the case?

Buying by the case allows you to save on the price per cup AND gives you free shipping! If you don’t need a case, we sell smaller options as well.
